These terms govern your use of AIdan Integration's services and website. By working with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

AIdan Integration builds, deploys, and maintains AI chat assistants for businesses. We configure these assistants based on information you provide and deploy them on your website or digital properties. We operate these services on your behalf using third party AI technology.

SMS / Text Message Program

Program name: AIdan Integration Appointment Reminders.

By providing a phone number to a business that uses AIdan Integration, end users consent to receive appointment-related text messages, including reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling messages.

• Carriers and mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

• You provide accurate information about your business so we can configure your AI correctly
• You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the business information you give us
• You agree not to use our services for anything illegal or harmful
• You notify us when your business information changes so we can update your AI

Payment

Services are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we may pause your service until payment is made. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation

You can cancel your service at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Your service continues through the end of your current billing period and then stops. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

What we own

AIdan Integration LLC owns the systems, code, configurations, and infrastructure that power your AI assistant. You retain ownership of your underlying business information and your customer data. We may retain copies of data, configurations, and records for as long as we determine necessary for our business, legal, backup, and operational purposes, and we are under no obligation to delete such data except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms requires us to delete or return data on any fixed timeline except as mandated by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. AI assistants are not perfect and can make mistakes. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any AI output will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIdan Integration LLC and its owner, members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates ("the Company") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from errors in AI output, service interruptions, security incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized access to any account or system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the Company in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Security and unauthorized access

We take reasonable measures to secure our systems, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never defeat our safeguards. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to, use of, alteration of, or destruction of any account, administrative interface, database, or data, including incidents arising from compromised credentials, third-party conduct, or circumvention of our security measures. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services, your content or data, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Limitations of AI output

We work to configure AI assistants well and improve them over time, but we cannot guarantee that an AI assistant will always provide correct, complete, or appropriate answers. We are not liable for errors made by AI assistants or for any decisions made by you, your customers, or any third party based on AI responses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email before any significant changes take effect.
