When we deploy an AI assistant on behalf of a client business, conversations between that business's customers and the AI assistant may be logged for quality and improvement purposes.

Third party services
We use Anthropic's API to power our AI assistants. Conversations processed through our service may be subject to Anthropic's data practices. We also use standard hosting and analytics services. These services have their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as we determine is necessary for our business purposes, including operating and improving our services, maintaining business and transaction records, protecting our legal interests, and preventing fraud or misuse. We are under no obligation to delete or anonymize data except where deletion is required by applicable law. Where we are legally required to honor a deletion request, we will do so only to the extent and within the timeframe the law requires, and we may retain information necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain backups.
