Each client's configuration is stored separately. One client cannot access another client's data, settings, or conversation logs.
No data selling
We do not sell, share, or monetize your business data or your customers' data. It is used only to operate your AI assistant.
Purpose-driven data storage
We store the data we need to operate and improve your AI assistant and to run our business. We retain data for as long as we determine necessary and are not obligated to delete it except where required by law.

Our servers run on Railway's cloud infrastructure with automatic restarts and uptime monitoring so your AI stays online.
How your data flows
When a customer sends a message on your website, it goes from their browser to our secure server. Our server looks up your business configuration, calls the AI with the right context, and sends the response back. Your Anthropic API key never leaves our server. Your customer never talks directly to Anthropic.
Your business configuration, which includes your products, policies, and FAQs, is stored on our server and used only to generate responses for your AI assistant. It is not shared with other clients or used for any other purpose.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIdan Integration LLC is not liable for any unauthorized access to or loss of data. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
